INFORMATION ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINES

It is not our responsibility if the information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Please do not rely on the information on this site as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.

Prices for our products may be subject to change without notice.

Without notice, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it).

ASSURANCE OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION & BILLING ACCURACY

If you place an order with us, we reserve the right to refuse it. Our payment terms are pre-production payment: we can however offer "under certain order circumstances" offer 50% part payments, with final payment due before shipping.

We may attempt to notify you by contacting your e-mail and/or billing address/phone number if we make any changes to or cancel an order.

To ensure that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed, you agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address and credit card numbers.

INFORMATION ABOUT YOU

We have a Privacy Policy that governs the submission of your personal information through our coms, or website.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occasionally occur on our site or in the Service relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Service or on any related website may be corrected at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted).

Delivery of orders:

OTW Trading Limited (Bespoke Sports Medals) where possible will replace goods damaged in transit after full investigation that those goods have been damaged on route to the customer.

OTW Trading Limited (Bespoke Sports Medals) is not liable for goods sent that have been left or not picked up at service areas or delivery areas.

OTW Trading Limited (Bespoke Sports Medals) - is not responsible for goods, orders, products supplied by us, OTW Trading Limited (Bespoke Sports Medals)  that can not be delivered IF the customer/receiver is not at delivery address at the time of delivery.

Where at all possible OTW Trading Limited (Bespoke Sports Medals) will advise and assist where possible in the delivery of any goods services.

A DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS APPLICABLE

It is not guaranteed, represented or warranted that the use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

This service is not guaranteed to provide accurate or reliable results.

Occasionally, we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time without notice.

It is at your sole risk if you use, or are unable to use, the service. Unless otherwise explicitly stated by us, all products and services delivered through the service are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement implied warranties or conditions.

Services Terms & Conditions

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to have been severed from these Terms of Service. No other provisions shall be affected by such a determination.

Design Work Terms and Conditions

 Ownership - All design work belongs to OTW Trading Ltd.  The design work cannot be used with other companies for replication of the work provided.  If you wish to purchase the design, the cost is £75.

Design Changes - We endeavor to provide a Free artwork service.  We allow a very reasonable 10 changes to be made within this Free Service.  This includes a complete change to your design.  Beyond 10 changes a £35 charge will be incurred for a further 10 changes to the design.

Timeframe - It is your responsibility to approve the artwork within a reasonable timeframe.  Please allow 4 weeks Lead Time from when the artwork is signed off. Under certain circumstances we may be able  to supply sooner, however this is not 100% guaranteed. Lead times of less than a 4 week turnaround are entered into at the customers’ discretion.  Please remember that a delay in confirming artwork and in payment can cause a delay in you receiving your order.

We will not be held responsible if there is a delay in approving artwork and deadlines cannot be met.

Measurements - please make sure that your measurements are accurate.  If we are making the product to measurements that you have given us you are responsible for ensuring that these measurements are correct.  We are happy to advise and help with measurements if needed.

Design - as a company we uphold the rights of all people, and for this reason we will never print anything that:

• Violates the intellectual property rights of any individuals
• Encourages hate or violence against individual groups based on sex, age, race, religion, ethnicity, national origin or disability.
• Shows any images of violence or abuse towards animals.
• Includes speech or symbols of hate.
• Uses explicit images of sex acts, or frontal nudity of a non-artistic or health/medical nature.
• Promotes the use of hard drugs.

ORDER SERVICE TERMINATION

All obligations and liabilities incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement. Cancellation of orders must be carried out properly before production: OTW Trading Ltd reserves the right to withhold any payments. During production:

Both parties agree to abide by these Terms of Service until they are terminated by one of us. If you stop using our Services or stop using our site at any time, please inform us.

We withhold the right to suspend the supply of products if you do not pay.

AGREEMENT FINAL

Neither the failure of us to exercise or enforce a right or provision of these Terms of Service shall constitute a waiver.

Your use of the Service is governed by these Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted on this site or with respect to The Service, and they constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. All previous or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, previous versions of this contract) are superseded.
