📦 Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Condition: Items must be in new and unused condition.

  • Return Window: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return Method: Returns are made by mail, and a free return label is included in your package.

  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive your return.

🚨 If You Receive Damaged Products

Contact our Customer Care team immediately if any items arrive damaged.
We’ll ask you to:

  • Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

  • Collaborate with your Customer Care Representative to arrange a replacement.

  • Follow our instructions if we need the damaged product returned.
