Text and artwork match the final proof you approved.

Contact our Customer Care team immediately if any items arrive damaged.
We’ll ask you to:
Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
Collaborate with your Customer Care Representative to arrange a replacement.
Follow our instructions if we need the damaged product returned.
If the text or artwork doesn’t match your approved proof, contact your Customer Care Rep.
We’ll review the original proof and work with you on a solution that reflects our commitment to quality and collaboration.
Customers must inspect all goods upon receipt. Any complaints regarding errors, defects, or discrepancies in the order must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery. Failure to notify us within this period shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance of the goods, and we will not be liable for any claims made after this time.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check artwork specifications at the time of order. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
